Boy, 7, breaks into reptile farm
Feeds main exhibits to resident croc
Too young to be prosecuted
A SEVEN-year-old boy broke into a reptile farm and smiled as he fed 10 live reptiles, the farm's main exhibits, to the resident crocodile.
He also bludgeoned three lizards to death in their pens, The Northern Territory News reported.
Police cannot charge the boy because of his age.
Security camera video footage shows every move of the youngster's 35-minute rampage through the Alice Springs Reptile Centre just after 8am on Wednesday.
One CCTV image shows him with a big smile on his face as he watches the saltie splash around its pool as it attacks a northern blue tongue lizard.
Centre director Rex Neindorf said the behaviour was "disgusting''.
"I'm just devastated at the age of the child and the fact no one wants to take responsibility,'' he said.
"The fact a seven-year-old can wreak so much havoc in such a short time, let alone even think of doing something like this, is unbelievable."
Mr Neindorf said - a turtle, four western blue tongue lizards, two bearded dragons, two thorny devils and a 1.8m adult female Spencer's goanna - were thrown into the jaws of the 200kg crocodile named Terry.
Another three lizards - a blue tongue and two thorny devils -were found dead after being "brutally bludgeoned''.
Mr Neindorf said the boy was lucky he did not also become Terry's dinner.
"The croc could have easily taken him from the landing he was standing on,'' he said.
Police spoke to the boy and his mother yesterday but cannot press charges because he is too young.
Saviour dream
Last Thu night, I dreamt that I have forgotten to include my passport as I changed bag. I was aware in the dream, that I was dreaming (I always have that awareness in my dreams). Sounds impossible? But it's the truth. I was aware in the dream, that what I was dreaming was true : that I did not put my passport in the correct bag.
When I woke up, the first thing I do was to take my passport and put it in the correct bag. So, my dream saved me from a miserable day. Imagine the trouble if I left out my passport!
I am the dream queen. hahaah.
Control.. control..
Last Friday I was walking towards IMM from Jurong MRT station. A man whom I believe to be of China nationality rode very past, there were a lot of people on the walkway.
I have to really control myself, very very hard, not to kick his bicycle when he zoomed by.

A wonderful day~ Cycling day~
Gabriel, my friend Winnie and I, we went to Ubin today. It had been raining for the whole last night, I thought today will sure be a sunny day. But it was cloudy in the morning and was still drizzling a bit. But I didn't care, I wanna try my luck. And so we went. Turned out, it's one fine day~
It was cloudy with tiny bits of sun, which was good, else I probably won't last that long.. It was very tiring to learn to ride a bicycle... HONESTLY, very tiring. I was panting the whole time. And the seat is totally uncomfortable. I mean, it's got cushion alright, but it pressed against my groin area.. causing my groin area to hurt like hell!! It hurts when I sit, it even hurts when I walk... Perhaps because I hold the bike very tightly, and I leaned forward. It is really really painful... And my arms are aching too.... I wore my gym gloves, thankfully I brought them even though I think I won't be needing it. Gab knows everything, and he told me to bring the gloves. See my hands are redden.
Too bad I didn't ask him to record video when I was learning... I only took out the camera after I can ride by myself. I am still not stable but I am happy with the result today~!! I look funny... because I'm short, I have to adjust the seat to the lowest level but that means my knees have to bend all the way in order to cycle. heehee...
Then after that we went have lunch at one of the shops. Delicious black pepper crab~~ yummy yummy~
THen Gab and I went work out at gym for a while. It wasn't sunny after gym, but we still went to the pool which is just beside the gym. Even just sleep on the beach chair without much sun (for tanning) is a good thing to do. But who knows, the sun gotten quite strong after a while. And now my face is redden with a bit sunburn. I miss this sunburn face. haha... My face has been fair for too long. But then, my face will become fair again in a few days. Sian, I'd like my face to stay this way.
Great day isn't it? No sun when I was learning hard how to cycle, we sweat like siao even when there's no sun. Then when we went suntanning, the sun came out. One fine day indeed!! HAPPY!!

Vampire love story
I liked the first book from its series of 4, Twilight. I fell in love with the vampire too, who wouldn't? haha..
Then I said I want to read the rest of books in the series and my bro bought them for me. The second book New Moon, was .. "ok"... Not very good, not too bad. Just , so so... What I can remember from the second book was only, that the main female character Bella (18yrs old), keep repeating how good how nice how attractive her vampire boyfriend Edward is, over and over again. It sounded as if Bella is 40yrs old and this is her first time in love and can't help drooling over the boyfriend.
The 3rd book Eclipse got worse. Bella suddenly was "in love" with her werewolf friend Jacob and still claiming she loves Edward more. It was very unnatural how the story had developed. Anybody could have written a story like that. It makes no sense. And the book is conversations over conversations, bickerings over bickerings between Bella and Edward, Bella and Jacob. It was really boring. I came to a point where I just scanned through the paragraphs.
I am surprised I am able to finish this book so fast. I guess I just want to get it over with.
I still have the forth book to go. With Bella "scheduled" to get married with Edward and becoming a vampire herself. I hope it will not bore me as much as the 3rd book.

Why do cockroaches die on their back?
Naturally, I went and ask "God". My God always have some answers ready for me.
It turns out that one of the reasons is, in our homes, cockcroaches usually die of insecticide. Insecticides are nerve poison. It causes muscular spasms which often result in the cockroach flipping on its back. Without muscular coordination the cockroach cannot right itself and eventually dies in its upside down-position.
So that's it.
There are other questions and answers about cockroach from this website http://www.bio.umass.edu/biology/kunkel/cockroach_faq.html.
One interesting question was asked? What are cockroaches good for?
The answer is :
Fear of domestic cockroach pests is perhaps warranted because they have been associated with the development of childhood asthma and thus it is better not to have them in your home environment.Cockroaches as a group are part of the worldwide food web. They are omnivore scavengers which clean up our environment and help recycle the organic litter that would accumulate if it were not decomposed by organisms which include cockroaches. Furthermore they serve as food for small mammals, birds, amphibians and lizards. There are over 3000 species of cockroaches and only 10 species are on the World Health Organization list of human pests. The other 3000 species are welcome members of the biodiversity on this planet.
And some people might secrete a particular hormone due to genetic anomaly that will attract cockroaches to you..."Interesting"...
Hallucination
I swear I see the partition in front of me "breathed"...

Candle in the darkness
A candle light surrounded by darkness,
reflecting a lone self in the masses.
But my thought is not as distinct,
as the candle that is lit.
Flickering light,
undecided mind.
The harder I try to think,
deeper into confusion I drift.
It hurts to stay on,
it hurts to let go.
Candle in the darkness,
Will you bring me into brightness?

Mid Autumn Festival
My aunt was eager to light up the lanterns before the sky gets dark.. haha...
My grandma, father, mother and brother. My dad was only "half". Because it was dark and I can't see well in the camera's LCD what I am pointing at.
Today feels like CNY.
I hope I will have a happier mid autumn festival next year. But, unlikely.

Sickening act
Quote and picture from BBC News
Animal welfare authorities in Australia are searching for a boy filmed knocking a kangaroo to the ground.
In the video, which was posted online, the boy is shown punching and kicking the apparently dazed kangaroo, as his friend laughs from behind the camera.
It is unclear whether the attack resulted in the death of the animal.
Appealing to media outlets to publicise the attack, the RSPCA said they wanted the culprits to be "caught, charged and prosecuted".

The film of the attack was sent to the RSPCA in the state of Western Australia.
In it, the boy is shown aiming kick-boxing-style kicks at the kangaroo, then pulling it towards him so he can knee it in the chest.
The final aggressive punch sends the kangaroo to the ground, unconscious or dead.
Wildlife experts said the kangaroo appeared stunned, and had possibly just been hit by a car.
They said ordinarily kangaroos would have fled in the face of such an attack.
'Sickening'
The RSPCA said the vicious nature of the attack had prompted it to launch a nationwide search for the two boys.
"We are appealing to every media outlet in Australia to help us track down the cowards behind the vicious attack on this kangaroo," RSPCA Queensland spokesman Michael Beatty said.
"Thankfully this sickening footage has now been removed from the website where it was first seen.
"The next stage is to ensure that those responsible for this film are brought to justice.
"Only a coward would attack an injured and obviously terrified young animal much smaller than himself.
"We want these cowards to be caught, charged and prosecuted."

Best brother on earth
Some time back my brother and I saw a very very nice dolphin printed er.. 门帘(sorry, dont know what that's call in English..) one day, at a stall in Giant Plentong, but it cost a whopping RM80!! Just for a piece of cloth and a steel stick to hang it on the door. I walked here and there, considering whether to buy it for my room in the new house... In the end, I deemed it overly expensive for a piece of cloth, even though it's printed with my favourite dolphin graphic...
Then my brother saw the same thing at pasar malam, it was selling at RM30! He bought it. ANd he wait till i went toilet poopoo and hang it on the door. And after I done poopoo, I saw this :
I said I wanna eat 煎roti for breakfast and my brother cooked for me. :D I am very 幸福 while I remained at home and have my family. My favourite favourite moment at home, is to wake up hugging my Brownie :D Sooooo 幸福 to wake up to a soft soft doggie~ I have to give my doggie a kiss before I actually get up from the bed.
