Michael Jackson This Is It movie

Finally, Michael Jackson This Is It unveiled.

Michael was happy, focus, enjoying every minute of rehearsing for the concert. Well, I don't know the truth behind, but at least he looked like he's happy. He was brilliant, the dancers were brilliant, the whole team was brilliant, the creativity, everything, AMAZING!! Just SPEECHLESS... I miss Michael so much. Michael, I love you!

I thought I would cry but I didn't, because Michael looked happy and I am happy for him. I am still mourning over his death, to tell you the truth. I still listen to his songs every other day if not every day....

During the movie, there were a few groups of Caucasians and they made a lot of cheering, which was really nice. We saw the funny side of Michael, the polite Michael, the extremely talented Michael, the kind hearted Michael... Michael is truly an angel. He had always been so polite, since he was a little kid, so kind, so much love....

Everyone gave the movie a round of applause at the end. Everyone didn't want to leave the theatre when it finished and was showing the credits and crews... Everyone just couldn't bear to leave the theatre, leave Michael.................

My heart is still aching. But at least he looked happy.. before he died...

A 6 year-old

A 6 year-old girl Elena in Chicago, had only few days left to live. Too sick to speak, she hid notes and drawings all over her house telling her parents and her sister again and again 'I love you'.

Quote from Straitstimes :

Elena's parents found the first notes in a backpack. Others were hidden between books on the bookshelf, in the corner of their dresser drawers, between dishes in the china cabinet or between photos stacked away in boxes.

'We started to collect them and they would all say 'I love you Mom, Dad and Grace'. We kept finding them, and still to this day, we keep finding them,' Mr Keith Desserich told WLWT television in their hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio.

'Literally, there are hundreds of notes that we found.' Mr Desserich and his wife Brooke each hold onto a sealed note they've never opened. 'We always want to know that there's one more note that we haven't read yet,' he said.

Unquote.

How touching... She's just 6 years old... My eyes were wet upon reading this news... She left a very very good memory for her family. May she rests in peace.

My first DSLR photos!

Got my DSLR on Thu! Have been snap snap snap all the time~ Yesterday reached home late so only got to try the camera at night. Took a shot in my room.

The next morning, can't wait to go out and take photos. I WANT a macro lens. This was taken by the 55-200mm lens.

My main interest, is really macro loh. This is as close as I can get using 18-55mm lens.

First time I use a DSLR, amazed by the clarity of the photos!!! And it's so fast and steady, hardly any photos are blurred.

This weird fellow, funny looking right? Got a bird's beak, HUGE eyes and furry tail...... REALLY REALLY weird lah..

I think probably this is the male or female of the same insect. They got same eyes..

With the telephoto lens I was finally able to capture photos of lizards.

Background not dark enough, doesn't stand out.
So tired keep squeezing my left eye so that I can take photos with my right eye on the viewfinder. Using LCD screen to take photo is more comfy but can see better with viewfinder. Finally I understand why people like to take photos with viewfinder. I am unable to just shut one eye lid, some people are born with this ability. So enviousssssssssssss, so jealoussssssssssss.... I'm going to have more wrinkle's on my left eye................................ sob sob...

I love photography!!!!!

Lizard rescue mission!

We put a fly trap that's full of glue on the floor. It's very very sticky. A lot of flies got stuck onto it which is really good!! But this morning, a house lizard got stuck onto that paper!!

So poor thing... It must be really fast because it's not half body but whole body stuck onto the fly trap. It must have struggled a lot when it got stuck. When I tried to free it from the fly trap it didn't struggle a lot. The paper is really really sticky, luckily it's not toxic.

Its claws are so fragile.... I had to be really careful.. After I removed one claw I put tissue beneath so not to get stuck again. The toughest part was its abdomen area... The skin was really thin. I think it must be in pain...
Luckily it was still alive. But after I removed it and placed it on my hand it didn't move much.. Guess it was really really tired.... I then placed the lizard on wet floor so to make the tissue and glue to go away. It started moving after a few seconds and soon it ran away~

I wonder whether it can still climb on the wall though......................

Tiger Airway SUCKS!

Tiger Airway SUCKS BIG TIME!! Don't EVER buy Tiger tickets AGAIN! NEVER! They are a fraud!!! #*(&#$^$#*%&#$()#*$

The promo several months ago offered very cheap tickets, with tax only $12 to Kota Kinabalu and other cities. So I bought tickets to Kota Kinabalu and also to Kuching. The tickets to Kota Kinabalu sold out in 2 days or so.

Not long later, the flights to KK had been cancelled completely!!! Without any reason. Of course airline has the right to cancel flights. But the tickets were all sold out, they can't say the flight is not full and they have no choice buy to cancel.

Now it's like you announced very attractive offer of your products, when customers came and want to buy, you throw them all out of your shop. What the fuck?!

There are of course, people who have bought the tickets and booked and paid for hotel. And of cos they are pissed but there's nothing we can do about it.

And now my Kuching trip was supposed to be on 31 Oct, today is 10 Oct and now they are telling us our flight timing has changed! And it's either we go on Sun, Mon back or Wed back..What's the point of going there for 1 night?! And it's not worth it to go Kuching and use up 3 days of leave! What the fuck!

I will ask for refund. And look at this, the call centre numbers are in gray and soooooooooo tiny. I have trouble reading the numbers!!!

Tiger SUCKS BIG TIME!! BIG TIME!!!!

I WILL NEVER BUY TIGER AGAIN EVEN IF IT'S FREE!!

Badminton players!!

Digged out my old photos including photos with badminton players!!! Don't laugh ok, I was really fat.....

Rashid Sidek!! I was a part time promoter selling tissue at Parkson Dept Store. Rashid Sidek came for some promotion and I went and see him.
Can you believe it, when he's leaving, getting down on escalator, I passed him a note : "I will support you forever! " And he looked at me with a very er.. dunno-what-to-do-or-say look. hahahaha. And the fact is.... I never supported him for that long. kekekeke...
Soo Beng Kiang~~ love him. But the way him and CHeah Soon Kit played were just too defensive and passive. Can you believe this was 15 years ago??!!!! GOSHHH.. i'm so old..

Ong.......... Ong what ah? Forgot leh. hehehehe.. He was the most handsome Malaysian players.

I forgot his name too. Look at what I was holding, a diary, MY BIBLE!!!! And I can't find my bible!!!!!!!!!!! It has got all the players' autograph in it!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't even know when it was missing! Only last month I tried looking for it, very confidently thought it's with other diaries. But it wasn't!!!!!!!!!!!! GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sooooo fucking sad I can't find it!!! DAMN!!!!

Christensen or something is it? I forgot.......
I wish my diary will somehow reappear again... so sad....

Old time photos

My bro finally bought a printer which is also a scanner. So I scanned our old time photos~ Look, my parents' wedding picture. My dad's quite handsome right? My mum not bad also.hehe.

That's me, in blue er... cloth diapers maybe. My bro holding my hand, my bro's ever so doting of me, since we were very little~ That's my dad on the left. But that's not our car, too bad.

Me sitting on the car, wasn't I a sweetie? A sweetie with BIG head and very little hair. LOL.

My brother was very cute too~ I love this picture. Although my head is very big (am I supposed to use present tense or past tense... ? Since I am still ALIVE..? and my head is STILL big..LOL), I think I am very cute in this pic. kekekeke... Click for bigger image and see.
This is at my godmother's house. You know what, I was what.. 2 yrs old? I think I remember this time when I sat there...

But I don't remember this doll.. My youngest aunt made me that hat. Again, ain't I a beauty? wahahahahaha...

I was a very kiasu person since little.. One hand drumstick, one hand cake.. On my right was my cousin TauHong who just got married. We are 2 years apart. Can't tell right?
This I definitely remember. My mother made me this clothes. She made all my dresses when I was little. I loved all the dresses my mum made.

Ah,the cutest sweetie.. LOL. Far right is me, cute hor? (This post is full of narcissism..) To my right, my 表姨, then my bro, then a very haolian looking boy whom I don't really know who he is. This is at my grandpa's house, I loved going there. And my mum or my dad made me that pants. I vividly remember this scene. Gosh, these are really great memories I don't ever want to forget.

My dad at our shop 2 decades ago.

I had my mum painted my fingernails and toenails and my second uncle didn't like it and sort of wanted to scold us.

We at Singapore Zoo. I always hold my bro's hand everywhere we went, until my early twenties. Childhood time is the best.... If only we can turn back the clock.

Oh by the way, I still think I was an extremely cute kid. AAAAHAHAHAHA....

Mid Autumn Festival 2009

It's mid autumn festival~ We were going to play with lanterns and eat mooncakes and stuff. But.. the weather was not cooperative. It was cloudy and rained the whole evening till 8+pm. And the moon was not in view AT ALL... What a disappointment.

YY with a new hairstyle and spec. I like your spec!

Natasha's boyfriend didn't come but brought us macademia nuts. Thanks, Fadric! (Did I spell it correct? Or is it Fedric?) Mooncakes sponsored by YY.

YY and Jacky. All of a sudden I forgot Jacky's name... Gosh...

We ordered pizzas. Regular size pizza is really small... The coleslaw tasted HORRIBLE. We threw it all away.

ST, Angel and Xuan Xi.

Photos taken without tripod.
Lanterns sponsored by Natasha.

Photos taken with tripod. YY, KR, Natasha. (click to view bigger size)

The colour of the photos are quite nice right? I just love Sony although this point n shoot is not very good..

Chatty Xuan Xi with lots of expression.

Adults blowing bubbles. hehehe.. You can see the "track" of the bubbles~

Wah ghost! hahahaa.

See how easy eerie photos can be achieved. There's XuanXi's head and hands (he was trying to catch the bubbles).

Happy mid autumn festival~!
