Had great badminton again yesterday, after so long. Now I'm aching all over. Literally, all over. My waist, the back of my shoulder, my butt, my thigh, my arm.. Great all over work out ya~
Every time I play badminton, I get bruises. I think I'm lack of Vitamin C so I bruise easily. I will tend to save a ball/shuttlecock with my right leg forward and left leg's knee will touch the floor. It wasn't hard hit, but it bruises every time. This time is the worst.
But it doesn't matter, cos it was a great badminton session. I simply love badminton~!
